Horizontal Pillow Packing Machines

We manufacture horizontal pillow packing machines and export them in bulk to bakeries, confectionery producers, food processors and consumer goods manufacturers across Africa.

The range covers horizontal form fill seal machines for single solid products, box motion and rotary jaw sealing, adjustable bag length, reverse and inverted film carriage for bottom-seal packs, manual and semi-automatic infeed, and the sealing jaws, film rollers and belts they consume.

These wrap discrete solid items one at a time: a bread roll, a soap bar, a biscuit stack, a spare part. The product goes in on a feed chain, the film forms a tube around it and jaws seal between items. For a bakery wrapping its own output, this is the machine that turns a loose product into a retail pack with a date code and a shelf life.

Infeed is the constraint, not the wrapper. The sealing head will run considerably faster than most plants can present product to it in a consistent orientation, and almost every speed problem on a pillow packer is a feeding problem. Where product arrives irregularly, manual feeding by one or two people is often the honest answer at this scale.

Bag length is set mechanically on simpler machines and by servo on better ones, which is what makes quick format changes possible.
