Automatic VFFS Machines

We manufacture vertical form fill seal machines and export them in bulk to food processors, snack manufacturers, spice and powder packers and agricultural processors across South Asia.

The range covers VFFS machines for pillow, gusseted, quad seal and doypack formats, continuous and intermittent motion models, machines for granules, powders and liquids, zipper and euro-slot applicators, gas flushing for modified atmosphere, and the forming tubes, sealing jaws and film rollers they use.

The forming tube is the part that makes a VFFS machine work, and it is product-specific. A tube sized for one bag width will not make another, so a packer who expects to run three pack sizes needs three tubes and a changeover procedure, not one machine and optimism. Tubes are the first thing to budget for beyond the machine itself.

Seal integrity is where most VFFS problems end up, and the cause is usually product in the seal rather than a jaw fault. Powder or granules falling through the seal area as the jaws close contaminate the seal and it fails in transit, which is why jaw timing against the fill cycle matters as much as jaw temperature.

Film specification should be settled with the machine. A film that runs beautifully on one machine tracks off on another.
