Traffic Cable Protectors
We manufacture cable protectors and export them in bulk to event companies, construction contractors, telecom operators, broadcasters and industrial sites across South Asia.
The range covers rubber and polyurethane cable ramps in one, two, three and five channel layouts, light duty pedestrian types, heavy duty versions rated for loaded trucks, hinged lids for quick cable access, yellow and black lids for visibility, and the end ramps and connecting dowels that join them into a run.
Load rating is the specification that matters and the one most often ignored. A pedestrian-rated ramp placed where a forklift crosses collapses and cuts the cable it was protecting, which is a far more expensive failure than buying the right ramp. Tell us the heaviest wheel load that will cross it, not the average, and the duty rating follows.
Channel size must suit the cable, including the connector. A cable that fits the channel but whose plug does not means somebody will force the lid, and the lid hinge is the first part to break on any ramp.
Hinged lids are worth the extra on anything that will be re-cabled repeatedly, such as an event venue or a broadcast compound, and are not worth it on a permanent industrial crossing.
Event companies, contractors and telecom operators in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Myanmar account for most demand. Ramps ship with end sections and dowels, quoted by the pallet or container.
