Traffic LED Warning Flare
We manufacture LED warning flares and export them in bulk to roadside assistance operators, fleet companies, emergency services and fuel transporters across South America.
The range covers rechargeable and battery LED road flares, magnetic-base and flat-base discs, single units and cased sets of three, six and nine, amber, red and blue outputs, multiple flash patterns, crush-resistant bodies, and the chargers and cases they come with.
These replace the burning flare, and the reason is simple: an LED flare can be deployed at a fuel spill, a tanker incident or a vehicle fire where a pyrotechnic flare cannot. For a fuel haulier or a breakdown operator that single difference decides the purchase, because the incidents where you most need to warn oncoming traffic are exactly the ones where an open flame is unacceptable.
They also last. A burning flare is consumed in twenty minutes and bought again; an LED flare is recharged and redeployed for years, so the cost comparison turns in its favour within the first few incidents.
Crush resistance is worth checking. These are placed on a live carriageway and sooner or later one is driven over, and a flare that survives being run over by a car is the normal specification.
Magnetic bases let a flare be attached to the vehicle body as well as the road surface, which is what you want on a narrow shoulder.
Fleet operators and assistance companies in Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru account for most demand, quoted in cased sets by the pallet.
