Traffic Pop-Up Tripod Sign
We manufacture pop-up tripod signs and export them in bulk to utilities, telecom contractors, municipalities and maintenance companies across South Asia.
The range covers spring-frame pop-up signs on folding tripods, fabric and vinyl faces in reflective and standard grades, 600mm, 750mm and 900mm sizes, weighted and spiked tripod feet, carry bags, and replacement faces for the frames.
These exist for the crew that works a different location every hour. A pop-up sign opens in a few seconds, stands on its own tripod without tools or fixings, and folds back into a bag one person can carry on a motorcycle or in a van footwell. For a utility crew doing eight short jobs a day, that is the only sign that actually gets deployed at every one of them.
Wind is the limitation and should be designed for honestly. A tripod sign is a sail on three thin legs, and on an exposed road it will travel unless it is weighted. We supply sandbag rings or weighted feet with any order going somewhere windy, because a sign lying in the carriageway is worse than no sign at all.
Frame life is measured in open-and-close cycles rather than months, and the spring frame is what eventually fails, so replacement faces on their own are a false economy once the frame has gone.
Utilities and maintenance contractors in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Myanmar make up most demand, printed to your artwork with carry bags included.
