Traffic Safety Delineator
We manufacture surface-mounted lane delineators and export them in bulk to municipalities, urban transport authorities and road contractors across South America.
The range covers bolt-down lane delineators with integral bases, rubber kerb segments for lane separation, cycle lane delineator systems, raised separators for bus lanes, modular units that join into a continuous line, and the anchors, reflectors and end sections they need.
These separate traffic within a carriageway rather than marking its edge. A painted line tells a driver where the lane is; a raised delineator makes crossing it uncomfortable, which is the whole point on a bus lane or a protected cycle lane where paint alone is routinely ignored. Cities adopting segregated cycle infrastructure buy these in long runs.
Base fixing is the entire performance question. A delineator held by adhesive survives light urban traffic and lifts the first time a bus wheel climbs it, taking the anchor plug out of the road surface with it; a chemically anchored bolt into sound concrete stays. Where the road surface is asphalt over an unknown base, the anchor specification should be decided on site rather than assumed.
Height is a balance. Tall enough to deter crossing, low enough that an emergency vehicle can mount the line when it has to.
Modular runs let damaged units be replaced individually rather than lifting a whole section.
Urban transport authorities and contractors in Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Peru make up most demand, quoted by the container with reflectors fitted.
