Food Display Fridge and Freezers
We manufacture refrigerated display equipment and export it in bulk and against tender to supermarkets, butcheries, bakeries, hotels, catering operations and food distributors across Africa.
The range covers serve-over counters for meat, fish and deli, multideck open display chillers, island and chest freezers, upright glass door fridges and freezers, cake and patisserie showcases, back bar coolers, and the shelving, lighting and night blinds they use.
Ambient climate rating is the specification that decides whether a cabinet works where you are putting it. A unit rated for a temperate shop floor cannot hold temperature in a store at 35 degrees with the doors open, and the result is a cabinet running continuously, failing early and holding product in the danger zone all afternoon. Cabinets for this region need the higher climate class, and we quote that rather than the cheaper standard build.
Open multideck chillers sell more and cost considerably more to run, since they are refrigerating the aisle as well as the product. Night blinds recover a large part of that and are the cheapest energy measure available to a store.
Condenser position matters where power is unstable. A remote condenser keeps heat and noise out of the shop; an integral unit is cheaper and installs anywhere.
Where supply is interrupted daily, cabinet recovery time after a power cut is worth asking about, since a unit that takes four hours to pull back down loses a day of product.
Supermarkets, butcheries and distributors in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Zambia account for most demand, supplied with shelving, manuals and spares.
