Rotary Vacuum Packaging Machines

We manufacture rotary and chamber vacuum packaging machines and export them in bulk to meat processors, fish and seafood packers, cheese producers and food manufacturers across South Asia.

The range covers rotary double chamber vacuum machines, single and double chamber bench and floor models, belt vacuum machines for continuous output, gas flushing for modified atmosphere, soft air and bi-active sealing, and the seal bars, Teflon tape and oil the pumps consume.

A rotary machine works by loading one chamber while the other evacuates, so the operator is never waiting on the cycle. That roughly doubles throughput over a single chamber machine without doubling the price, and it is the normal step up for a processor who has outgrown a bench machine but is not ready for a thermoforming line.

Vacuum level matters most for shelf life, and the cycle cannot be shortened without losing it. Operators under pressure tend to cut the cycle, which produces packs that look sealed and hold enough residual oxygen to spoil early. The honest answer is a faster machine rather than a shorter cycle on a slow one.

Pump oil is the maintenance item that determines pump life, and in humid climates it absorbs moisture faster than the manual assumes. A shortened oil change interval and a stock of oil should go with the machine.

Processors and packers in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Myanmar account for most demand, supplied with spare seal bars, tape and pump oil.
