Rotary Cup Fill Seal Machines

We manufacture rotary cup filling and sealing machines and export them to dairies, beverage producers, dessert manufacturers and food processors across South Asia.

The range covers rotary indexing cup fillers from 4 to 16 stations, cup denesters, volumetric and piston filling heads, foil die-cut and reel-fed sealing, lid placing units, date coding stations, and the change parts needed for each cup diameter.

Rotary machines are built for one cup running continuously. The turret indexes cups through denesting, filling, sealing and discharge in a fixed cycle, which gives high and very consistent output, and makes a format change a mechanical job involving a change part set rather than an adjustment. For a dairy filling one yoghurt cup all day, that trade is entirely worth it.

Seal integrity is the specification that matters, because a leaking cup is discovered by the customer rather than the plant. Seal quality depends on the sealing head temperature, the dwell time and above all on a clean cup rim: product splashed onto the rim during filling contaminates the seal and no amount of heat recovers it. Anti-drip filling nozzles are worth insisting on.

Cup tolerance matters more on a rotary than anywhere else, since cups outside tolerance jam a turret rather than simply running poorly.
